查經組活動之製作曲奇餅(homemade cookies recipe)

今日的外展查經組活動,是由導師教大家整曲奇(cookies),分別有兩款:
Mrs. Field’s Chocolate Chip Cookies (soft cookies軟曲奇)及
Ultimate Peanut Butter Cookies花生醬曲奇

導師提供的食譜recipe是英文版來的,我們都笑說可以邊學整曲奇,邊學英文,一舉兩得。以下跟大家分享一下兩款食譜:

我們分了四組整曲奇,可能女孩子們較喜歡朱古力味,所以只有男子組一組整了花生醬曲奇~

拿齊了材料,大家就努力搞勻材料,也確實是很需要臂力的呢~ 看見弟兄姊妹朋友們都好開心咁整,當然是更期待曲奇出爐的一刻啦~

我們組兩位小朋友更是全程用手機拍下焗曲奇的過程,耐性的期待的看著曲奇由不成形到成形,哈哈~

除了正常的曲奇形狀,我們也發揮創意,弄了個pizza形出來~~ 不過最後發現,這形狀入不到包裝袋~ 😛

雖然我們都按著一樣的recipe整曲奇,可是每組出來的味道、口感、顏色都不一樣,哈哈,真特別~

正如一位姊妹分享說:同一食譜,配合各人創意,每塊曲奇都變獨特(Same recipe, but with everyone’s creativity, every cookie became unique)
(題外話,後來我們組發現…原來我們忘了放baking soda及baking powder ‘0’,但焗出來的效果及口感又沒問題喎!哈哈~)
