光波爐食譜之芝士洋蔥豬肉碎大啡菇(portabello recipe)

趁今日(12月3日)放假,興致來到,就打算用光波爐整芝士洋蔥豬肉碎焗大啡菇(cheese, onion, pork mince with portabello),哈哈~

食譜recipe

首先是預備好材料:3個大啡菇(portabello)、適量芝士(cheese)、適量豬肉碎(pork mince)、半個洋蔥(onion)

第一步是把大啡菇的頂部切下來,然後切粒:

第二步是預熱光波爐

第三步是把洋蔥切碎,以及把豬肉碎調好味,再把洋蔥碎、豬肉碎及姑頂粒搞勻,然後就可釀在大啡菇上:

第四步就是把釀好的大啡菇放入光波爐,到差不多熟透的時候,就可把芝士碎放在大啡菇上:

這就是完成品啦,看上去還可以,不過味道淡了些(太健康了吧?:P),芝士也不夠,下次再整時,要調味濃些,芝士也要加多些,哈哈~~~
